During discovery we agree access controls, retention, subprocessors and available model-training settings. These requirements are then recorded in the project scope and data-processing terms.

Do I need any technical knowledge to work with you?

You can start with our £195 Quick-Win Audit, where we identify high-impact opportunities and, where technically suitable, create one small proof of concept. If you proceed to a Growth or Scale package, the £195 is fully credited toward your setup fee. If not, you keep the written audit and any proof of concept produced.

Can I cancel?

Our optional care plans roll month-to-month and can be paused or cancelled with 30 days' notice. Fixed-fee build projects follow the milestones and cancellation terms agreed in their project scope.

Do we retain complete IP ownership?

You own the bespoke deliverables created for your project once agreed fees are paid, subject to third-party services and open-source licences. We provide documented handover and transferable project access where the relevant provider allows it.
