This greenfield build for Real estate platform focused on data & knowledge systems and was delivered over 9 weeks. Property pricing decisions were being made with incomplete context, which increased mispricing and uncertainty. That friction was slowing the workflow down, increasing manual effort, and making the process harder to trust at scale. For Real estate platform, the challenge was not only getting the work done, but doing it in a way that was repeatable and operationally reliable.
Solution
We trained a valuation model on historical transaction, location, and property attributes to estimate likely prices.
