Challenge
Patients had no streamlined way to find available doctors and complete bookings without phone-based coordination. That friction was slowing the workflow down, increasing manual effort, and making the process harder to trust at scale. For Provider marketplace, the challenge was not only getting the work done, but doing it in a way that was repeatable and operationally reliable.
Solution
We built a doctor marketplace with profiles, availability windows, and real-time booking workflows. The implementation stayed close to the existing workflow so the system could reduce unnecessary steps without forcing the team into a disconnected process. The goal was to turn the underlying idea into a production-ready setup that fit the engagement shape, the business context, and the day-to-day reality of how the team already worked.
